Over the past few weeks, Reed and his Mommy have participated in Parent-Child swimming lessons at Skaneateles Community Center. Although Reed was the youngest child in the group, he really enjoyed "fwimming" (Reed-speak) with the bigger kids, splashing, kicking, blowing bubbles, singing songs, and using the floating devices. Reed and his Mommy usually made an adventure of the morning outings, watching "diggas" work in the village, people-watching on the bench outside of Skaneateles Bakery while eating donuts, playing games at Creekside Coffee and looking for ducks in the creek, and walking out on the pier to enjoy the lake from a different point of view. Here are some pictures of Reed from his last day of lessons, at our house before the lesson, and out on the pier after the lesson.
