"Romp" and Circumstance!

Reed had his end of the year ceremony and celebration for the Koala Class at Jowonio yesterday. In typical Jowonio-style, the uniqueness and specialness of each child was recognized and honored (Reed was singled out for his curiosity in the sensory table and his love of all things farm). The party began with an encore performance of the Jowonio Follies song, Pig on My Head. This time Reed chose an alligator and apparently it was a hungry one at that! Then each child was called up to receive a medallion, kind words that make parents proud, and a big hug from a beloved teacher. Finally a slideshow of the year's adventures played in the background while we all enjoyed pizza, fruit and cupcakes. Reed and a few of his friends also added to the festive atmosphere with an impromptu piano concert! Reed later informed us that "I never want to go to college...only Jowonio"!
