What's for Dinner, Reed?







When you live on Stones Throw Farm, the answer is whatever happens to be in season and ready for eating! One recent evening, the first of the early spring peas and log-grown shiitake mushrooms were ripe and ready to be picked, which clearly meant that the evening's dinner would include those two vegetables. Fortunately Reed likes his veggies and was very excited to be part of both the harvest and the consumption!
