Clifford the Big Red Dog

This morning, Reed and his Mommy met his Grandma and Grandpa at Barnes & Noble for story time with Clifford the Big Red Dog (which Reed calls "Wed Bih Bark-Bark"). Reed was excited to meet Clifford and even got to shake his hand (paw?) at the end. Reed loved the story time, but it was a little too tempting, sitting so close to Clifford. Reed tried hard to get "on stage" a few times (patience is difficult for a 17 month-old), so he took a break from story time to visit the train table. Reed had a ball playing at the table with a few other boys and got a lot of practice sharing the coveted Thomas the Train cars. Reed loves trains and dogs alike so it was a very exciting morning. We followed the event by eating lunch out with Reed's Grandparents. Reedy got to enjoy some favorites, such as French Fries and ketchup and broccoli-cheese soup, and was happy to try two new foods, cucumber and zucchini. Mmmmmmm! What fun!
