Last weekend, Reed and his Mommy and Daddy attended the Big Trucks event in Marcellus. This event is a fundraiser for local preschools in Skaneateles and Marcellus and is a real "FUN"-raiser for the thousands of little boys and girls who get to climb all over and "drive" the big trucks that are brought in the quarry for the event. Reed enjoyed every minute of the adventure, from riding the school bus down into the limestone quarry, to sitting behind the wheel of a big truck, to hearing all the horns and noises. There were balloon animals and real animals, ice cream and mud puddles. And lots of kids (or in his words "baby"s, which is what he labels any child, no matter the age) for Reed to make friends with. In short, it was the perfect afternoon.
