Yesterday afternoon, Reed went with his Mommy and Daddy to cut down his first Christmas tree at Goodman's Farm, our family's traditional Christmas tree stomping grounds. It was a balmy afternoon, with temperatures in the 40s, which made for a very pleasant walk in the snow. We found just the right tree, Daddy cut it down, and we brought it home. We adorned the tree with our lights and ornaments, while sharing stories of our Christmas memories with Reed. Once the tree was decorated, we plugged it in, the tree lit up and Reed smiled and squealed at the sight of so many twinkly, bright lights!
