Picnic, Poses and Swings

On a sunny Saturday, Reed, Willa and their mom headed out to Marcellus Park, one of our very favorite places. Willa snoozed while Reed and his mom ate their picnic lunches (apples and cheese, lettuce and whole-grain mustard sandwiches per Reed's request). We then took a hike around the trails and Reed was very pleased to examine an old, gnarly tree and to be able to practice his tree pose from yoga on a large, newly-fallen tree stump. Then it was off to the playground, where both kiddos were able to enjoy the swings together!
